What are the common misconceptions about your services? Many people think that coordinators are not needed, and just think of them as an added expense. A coordinator will help make your dream wedding a reality by being able to dip into their many years of experience! A coordinator will also help relieve a lot of the stress that goes into the wedding planning process and makes it more enjoyable for the bride and groom!
Tell us about a favorite, unusual or most interesting moment at a wedding: When a bride insisted on a family member baking her wedding cake after I advised her not to, the cake fell as they were cutting it—and I caught it (by holding it up with a napkin!)
What is the best advice you give to a couple when planning their wedding? Enjoy your engagement!
What are 3 words that describe your personality? Dedicated. Creative. Organized.
What's your favorite book/movie/work of art? Father of the Bride.
If you weren't in your current profession, what would you do instead? I really can't imagine doing anything else! I have always wanted to be a wedding coordinator; as far back as I can remember. I even did my "business plan" assignment in high school about being a wedding coordinator!
What's your favorite way to wind down after a hard day? A good book or catching up on television shows.
