Rental Fee

  • Rentals and service add-ons (including floral packages, DJ services, tenting, specialty rentals, day- of coordination and planning, and more!)

• All rentals include 10-hour exclusive use of the full facility with indoor/outdoor access, a private dressing suite, and use of the roof deck, a Venue & Catering Coordinator, tables, chairs, lounge sets, and standard rentals.

  Sunday–Thursday: $3,000 rental fee + $6,000 catering minimum
  Friday: $5,000 rental fee + $8,000 catering minimum
  Saturday: $6,500 rental fee + $9,000 catering minimum

  Sunday–Thursday: $5,500 rental fee + $8,000 catering minimum
  Friday: $8,000 rental fee + $10,000 catering minimum
  Saturday: $10,000 rental fee + $13,000 catering minimum
  

  December
  Sunday–Thursday: $6,500 rental fee + $8,000 catering minimum
  Friday: $9,500 rental fee + $11,000 catering minimum
