- Access to the venue Friday 3pm–6pm or 4pm–7pm for a rehearsal, Saturday 10am–midnight, and Sunday 8am–10am for pick up of items

- Tables & chairs, vintage furnishings and accent pieces, and lighting
- Staff to assist with parking and furniture setup
