Room rental fees include access to the venue starting at 10am (including Red Tail Ballroom, Sparrow Hawk I & II, the Overlook Terrace, and the dressing suite), tables & chairs, linens, skirting, a dance floor, and setup & teardown.
Meals (when priced separately)
Meal pricing includes salad, buffet or plated entrées, starch & vegetable, rolls with butter, and freshly brewed coffee.
