- Access to the reception hall, Bar 45, lounge area, three staffed bars, and outside patio
- Two dressing suites upstairs
- On-site ceremony
- Handcrafted wood banquet tables & industrial-style metal chairs
- State-of-the-art sound system & video projector
- Catering kitchen with private entrance
- Access to the venue for decorating on the day prior (if available)
- Basic setup & cleanup, plus room flip
Service Charge or Gratuity

Additional Info
Bar packages range $10–40/person for eight hours of service with a bartender. Minimums are $1,500 on Sunday and $2,500 on Friday & Saturday.
