The rental fee includes:
- Venue use 9am–midnight
- Access to the reception hall, Bar 45, lounge area, two staffed bars, and outside patio
- Two dressing suites upstairs
- Handcrafted wood banquet tables & industrial-style metal chairs
- State-of-the-art sound system & video projector
- Catering kitchen with private entrance
- Access to the venue for decorating on the day prior (if available)
- Basic setup & cleanup, plus room flip

Additional Info
Bar packages range $20–48/person for eight hours of service with a bartender. À la carte and cash bar options are also available.
Minimums are $1,500 on Sunday and $2,500 on Friday & Saturday in the Main Hall. 20% gratuity is added to all bar packages.
