- Sweeping lawns and countless century-old trees create a dreamy atmosphere at this private event venue. Just minutes from downtown Madison, it has a peaceful, pastoral feel and plenty of options to craft a personalized celebration in any season.
- The barn-inspired space was purpose-built with parties in mind. It features a high, open-raftered ceiling, polished concrete flooring, traditional sliding barn doors, and a large dedicated bar. An attached four-season, window-lined porch brings the outdoors inside, no matter the weather.
- The on-site farmhouse sleeps up to fourteen guests. Nestled among the trees, it features a large kitchen and living room, and you have the option to rent two RVs spots if you need housing for additional overnighters.

Package Prices
- $15,000/event
The Full Weekend Package is $15,000 and includes everything in the rental fee above, PLUS:
- Access to the property from Friday 1pm to Sunday 3pm
- Month-of coordination
- Farmhouse lodging for up to 14 guests Friday–Sunday, plus RV camping spaces
- Use of the venue on Friday for a rehearsal and/or dinner for 50
- Use of the venue on Sunday morning for gift opening
Additional Info
In-house month-of coordination packages are highly recommended, and include two meetings prior to the day and day-of coordination, starting at $1,200.
