Rental Fee
  • $1,100–18,000/event

  • The rental fee includes:

    • Exclusive use of the ceremony & reception space
    • Private Dining Room with covered porch and waterfront lawn space, OR Waterfront Tent with dimmable Italian lighting, clear side panels, and full wood flooring throughout
    • Tables, chairs, linens, and napkins
    • China, glassware, flatware, and standard rentals

    Private Dining Room (50 guests)
    $1,100–2,000 rental fee | $1,700–3,300 catering minimum

    Waterfront Tent (275 guests)
    $18,000 rental fee | $20,000 catering minimum

    A room block of 28 cottages with a 3-night minimum is required for weddings in the Waterfront Tent; pricing ranges $395–499/night.

Meals (when priced separately)
  • $46/person and up

  • Plated entrées start at $46/person; buffet entrées start at $60/person. Hors d'oeuvres, starters, and dessert are priced separately.

    Bar menus range $41–59/person for four-hour service.
