Rental Fee

• $3,899–5,299/event

• The rental fee includes:

  • Dressing rooms and lounge area with pool table, foosball, etc.
  • Ceremony site set with chairs, arbor or cross, and portable sound system
  • Wagon ride for guest transportation to and from the ceremony site (or golf cart)
  • Barn with string lighting, a light wall, sound system, and tables & chairs
  • Covered porch area with patio furniture, plus yard games
  • Rustic bar with beer chillers, wine fridges, and ice machine
  • Cozy stone fire pit with firewood and staffing
  • Setup and teardown

  Day Package | $3,899
  Includes access to the venue Saturday from 7am–midnight. Add-on an overnight stay for the couple plus breakfast the next morning for $199. Available April–August only.

  Weekend Package | $5,299
  Includes access to the venue Friday 4pm to noon Sunday, with lodging for up to 8 guests on Friday and Saturday nights, and hot breakfast each morning.
