Venue-only rental fees include:

- Thursday evening ceremony rehearsal
- Tables, chairs, house linens,
- Uplighting, directional signage, and pipe & drape
- Venue manager, coordination, and event staff, plus setup & teardown

All inclusive packages include everything in the rental fee, PLUS:
- Full service catering and nonalcoholic beverages
