The rental fee includes:

- Overnight accommodations for up to 38 guests in luxury glamping tents
- Use of picnic tables, common area, bathhouse, grills, fire pits, cutlery, and tableware
- On-site staff for guest support
- Free 2-night stay for the wedding couple on their first anniversary
Monday–Thursday rentals are $3,500/night; Friday–Sunday rentals are $4,800/night.
