Rental Fee

• The rental fee includes:

  • Bridal retreat suite with gilded golden ceilings 
  • Overnight suite for the newlyweds
  • Tables, chairs, ivory linens, sterling silver flatware, Bauscher china, Riedel stemware, sterling silver table stands with numbers, and votive candles
  • Cake table, silver cake cutting knife, and server
  • Dance floor
  • Vendor ‘green room’
  • A/V system
  • Venue access three hours prior to the start of the event
  • Setup & break down
  • Tasting for two

Ceremony Fee

• $1,500/event

• The ceremony fee includes:

  • Ceremony A/V
  • 1-hour rehearsal/walk-through on a pre-arranged day before the wedding
  • Ceremony chairs set theater-style, with a center aisle
  • Setup & breakdown of the ceremony room
  • Private room for the signing of the marriage documents

Food & Beverage Minimum

• $15,000/event

Meals (when priced separately)

• $95–125/person

• Meal packages include plated dinner; appetizers, a starter, a choice of entrées, dessert, and late-night selections.
