• Venue-only rentals start at $5,000 for 12 hours, and include changing areas, a 30' x 60' reception tent, a built-in bar area, tables & chairs, and a fire pit.

Package Prices

• Package prices vary depending on:

• The Mini-All-Inclusive Package starts at $10,000 and includes everything in the venue-only rental, PLUS:

  • 13-hour venue access
  • 10-hour day-of coordination services and décor rentals
  • Catering, to include appetizer, salad, entrées, and sides

  The All-Inclusive Package starts at $20,000 and includes everything in the Mini, PLUS:

  • 8 hours of professional photography
  • 6-hour professional DJ services
  • Custom florals, to include bouquets & boutonnières, centerpieces, and ceremony flowers
  • Hair & makeup for the bride, including a trial
  • Cutting cake and cupcakes for all guests
  • Bartending, staffing, additional coordination hours, white linens, and standard rentals
