Rental Fee

Weekdays | Sunday-Thursday | $3,700 + tax
Weekends | Friday-Saturday | $5,900 + tax
Memorial, Independence and Labor Day Sundays: $4,300 + tax
The rental fee includes:
- 15 private acres, exclusively for the couple and their guests
- Amphitheater-style ceremony site with wooden benches
- An 80'x40' sided tent with café lights, wood dining tables, and antique wooden chairs
- A 20'x20' wooden dance floor with a raised stage
- A stone fire pit with firewood and benches (weather permitting)
- Bar space with a kegerator, fitted with taps for 2 standard-sized kegs
Optional add-ons include overnight accommodations in the main house or treehouse, bartenders, a day-of coordinator, and sound system.
