Rental Fee

• The rental fee includes:

  • Space for the ceremony & reception
  • Dressing suite and cabin
  • 1-hour rehearsal
  • Access for vendor and site setup 10am–3pm the day prior
  • Garden ceremony with white garden chairs and setup
  • Chiavari chairs, farm tables, round tables, and service tables with setup
  • Access to the bar area with empty coolers
  • Day-of coordinator and on-site venue representative

  Pricing is for up to 150 guests; additional guests are $20/person for 151–199 guests, plus a one-time $2,500 fee for 200 or more guests.

  The Site-Only Package costs $5,950 and is for a seven-hour rental.

  The Classic Package costs $8,275 and includes all of the above, PLUS your choice of ceremony site anywhere on the property with an arbor and aisle décor, full venue staff, including a parking attendant and golf cart shuttle, in-house linens, centerpieces, tableware, glassware, barware, and silverware, and staff-handled setup, décor, and cleanup for the ceremony, tables, and chairs.
