The rental fee includes:
- 12-hour use of The Harbor, The Marquee tent, and Vintner's Lounge
- Paved walkway to the ceremony site with in-ground lighting
- Private waterfront lawn and 20 acres of vines for photography
- Luxe light fixtures, full black cement bar with marble facade, and copper-paneled ceilings in the Vintner's Lounge
- Cocktail tables, farmhouse tables, and chairs
- Parking space for 75 cars
50-person minimum applies.

In-house catering is available, or select from the preferred vendors list. An in-house bar package is required.
