  Signature Weddings
  À la carte site fees range $1,200–3,500 depending on the venue selected. Food & beverage minimums apply, ranging $2,000–18,000.

  Grand Weddings
  Full property rentals have an exclusivity site fee of $5,775 plus the cost of all accommodations for a 2-night minimum ($21,168), and include:
  

  • Exclusive access to the property from 7am–11pm on the wedding day
  • 2-night accommodations for 36–46 guests in 18 guest rooms
  • Complimentary use of the property for engagement photos
  • Sunday breakfast buffet in the Carriage House from 8–10am
  • Personal week-of or day-of coordinator encouraged

• Food & beverage packages for Grand Weddings start at $200/person and include:

  • Complimentary ceremony refreshment station
  • Cocktail hour with passed and stationary hors d'oeuvres
  • Two-course plated meal, with bread service
