- Embraced by 265 acres of pastoral countryside in Virginia’s desirable horse and wine country, this historic estate features an inn, multiple fine dining spots, and a collection of distinctive event venues. It’s also a functioning, sustainability-focused farm with flower and veggie gardens, beehives, farm animals, and even a handsome resident llama!
- You’ll have a bevy of options, both inside and out, and you’re able to mix and match them to create the celebration you’re envisioning. Just two of your many choices include the striking glass-walled Conservatory, and The Ivy Wall, which offers a storybook-perfect backdrop for vows.
- Eighteen suites and cottages offer guests bespoke accommodation experiences. Two of our favorites: the Bull Barn, with its rustic, cabin-inspired vibe, and the stone, gambrel-roofed Dutch Cottage, which boasts a beautiful communal kitchen and sweet back porch set with rocking chairs.

Available Sunday–Thursday year-round for up to 20 guests.
Choose one of the following cottages to host your ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner:

French Farm | 3 guest rooms | $4,000
Manor House | 4 guest rooms | $5,000
(option to upgrade dinner site to the Wine Cellar, Bistro, or Sunken Garden for $1,000).
Food & beverage starts at $350++/person, which includes passed hors d'oeuvres, a 3-hour bar package, three-course dinner, tables & chairs, linens, and tableware.

The minimum guest count Sunday–Thursday is 35 guests; the minimum guest count Friday–Saturday is 50 guests during Classic Season and 120 guests during Signature Season.
