- The property features an array of stunning outdoor ceremony locations, including an elegant platform atop the reflecting pool, a breathtaking rose garden, and the Bluestone Terrace. Inside, you’ll find an utterly incredible ballroom, with towering arched windows and a strikingly ornate fireplace. Newly built specially for very grand celebrations, the Glass Hall boasts thirteen-foot glass walls, a soaring ceiling, and its own large covered porch.
- Your wedding party will adore the awesome day-of dressing areas: The Billiards Room is modeled after a Teddy Roosevelt-era trophy room, with rich furnishings (think leather sofas, a pool table, and an antler chandelier! ), while The Queen Elizabeth occupies is its own posh 2,400 square-foot wing of the house, laden with elegant design and bountiful natural light.

- 12-hour access to the 38,000-square-foot estate nestled on 55 stunning acres
- Getting ready spaces complete with hair & makeup stations, TVs, Bose bluetooth sound system, food/beverage displays, and more!
- Indoor and outdoor ceremony locations with garden ceremony chairs
- Round or rectangular banquet tables, cocktail tables, mobile farmhouse bars, and Chiavari chairs
- Crinkle-table linens, over 100 napkin color options, glassware, china, flatware, and diverse in-house serving pieces
- Event staff including an event manager and banquet captain
- Use of the estate for engagement, bridal, or boudoir portraits
- Coat check, cake cutting, and coffee & tea

The Dover Hall Wedding Weekend Package starts at $90,000 and includes everything listed above and:
- 3pm Thursday–1pm Saturday access to the estate
- Use of the estate for desired events such as a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception.
- Use of The Glass Hall
- Lodging on Thursday & Friday as well as chef's breakfast Friday & Saturday morning for up to 10 overnight guests
