It's a stunning spot for all-outdoor soirees, with a lovely iron wedding arbor, a grand tent with built-in lighting, and endless romantic backdrops for photos.
  • The pristine front lawn is framed by the estate's eponymous boxwoods: it's a gorgeous spot to say "I do" beneath the shade of soaring hardwoods. We love intimate social hours on the mansion's extra-wide front porch, where the authentic gingerbread trim imparts a charmingly vintage feel, or opt for cocktails and croquet on the sun-dappled side yard.
  • The historic mansion is yours for the weekend, with overnight accommodations for the newlyweds and eight of their loved ones right on-site. Elopements are just as welcome as larger gatherings, with tiered rental options that invite you to create a day that fits your vision and an experienced events team who can help you bring it to life.

    • 2-day venue rental, with permission to host 2 separate events on separate days (e.g. rehearsal dinner and wedding)
    • 2-night stay at Boxwood Villa for up to 10 overnight guests
    • Reception tent with cantina lighting (Micro-Wedding & Grand Celebration only)
    • Iron wedding arbor
    • Luxury restroom trailer
    • Tables, fruitwood chairs, and iron garden chairs (Elopement & Micro-Wedding only)
    • In-person final walkthrough
    • Use of any of Grelen's 4 venues for engagement photos

    Events of 150+ guests require couples to book a partial or full-service planner from the preferred list. If your event package does not include the tent, it must be rented for an additional fee as a rain plan.
