Rental Fee

- Choice of three ceremony sites (Creek Side location is an additional $500)
- 1-hour ceremony rehearsal the day prior
- Outdoor covered reception pavilion

- Tables and fruitwood folding chairs, plus setup & teardown
- Prep kitchen for caterers
- Parking attendant
- Preferred vendor list and online planning program
Weekday & Sunday | $5,250
10-hour rental time (Sunday rentals must start after noon).Saturday | $6,250
13-hour rental time, from 10am–11pm.Three-Day Weekend | $10,000
3-day/2-night rental of the property, including lodging for 8 people and use of the dining room for the rehearsal dinner and outdoor fire pit on Friday evening.Add-on options include day-of coordination, overnight lodging, bartenders, upgraded linens, DJ services, and more!
