Rental Fee

• Large weddings with up to 200 guests are available June–October. The venue fee includes:

  • Exclusive use of the barn and surrounding grounds until midnight
  • Outdoor ceremony arbor
  • Fire pit and Adirondack chairs by the barn
  • Sound system for the ceremony and SONOS speakers (DJ sound system available for rent)
  • Tables, chairs, servingware, bar station, and water bottles

  Smaller weddings with up to 75 guests are available November–May and select summer dates, and include exclusive use of the restaurant, table snacks & family-style dinner, rentals, and a consumption bar.

  2-night rental of the Inn and Cottage is required for both small and large weddings (additional cost; sleeps 27 people).
