Lake Barn Event Rental | $3,600–5,000
Pricing applies to the first 50 guests; additional guests are $20/person for the main event, or $12/person for auxiliary events.Notch House & Cottage Rental | $800–1,800 per night
Nightly minimums apply from May–October. There is a 10% weekly discount.
Booking of the entire Estate (Lake Barn, Notch House, and Cottage) is required for all bookings 6 months or more in advance.
The Notch House is the only venue available from November–April.
