Package Prices

• $7,500–18,995/event

• All packages include:

  • Full weekend use of the property and lodging
  • 3-night stay in the Wedding Cottage, a one-room duplex cottage
  • Choice of four ceremony sites
  • Use of the Lake Barn for all desired events (ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, etc.; fee of $20/person for guests who are not staying on-site)
  • Event coordinator
  • Tables & chairs

  A La Carte | $7,500
  The wedding couple guarantees the remaining lodging will be booked by their guests at standard rates for three nights.

  Third Night's On Us | $11,355
  Includes everything in the "A La Carte" package, with the wedding couple paying for the third night (guests are only charged for two nights).

  Full Book Out | $18,995
  The wedding couple pays for everything, including the remaining 14 accommodations (up to two people each) for three nights. Additional guests are $35/night.

Additional Info

• • Booking of the entire Estate (Lake Barn, Notch House, and Cottage) is required for all bookings 6 months or more in advance.
  • The Notch House is the only venue available from November–April.
  • The Main House & Duplex Apartment, which sleeps 18-23, is available during the off-peak season November-May. 
  • Micro-weddings are considered 40 or fewer people.
  • There is a 3-night minimum, with additional nights 50% off.
