Package Prices
- $15,950/event and up
Packages start at $15,950 for up to 50 guests and include:
- Use of the Estate for 3 days and 2 nights
- Overnight accommodations for up to 30 guests (additional lodging available; max 46 guests)
- Day-of coordination and logistics (full planning can be added for $3,700)
- Option to add on a sailcloth tent ($6,975 fee)
Single day venue rentals start at $7,975.
There's a $1,500 fee per every 25 guests over 50. Inquire for a custom quote.
Meals (when priced separately)
- $130/person and up
Meal packages start at $130 per person and include:
- Catering by On Thyme Events and Chef Richard
- Appetizers, salad, and meat or fish/pasta main course
- Tables, chairs, linens, and standard rentals
Outside catering incurs an additional fee of $3,900.
