Rental Fee

• Rental fees include:

  • Exclusive use of the entire 38-acre estate for the weekend
  • Venues for rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, farewell brunch, and other events
  • Dedicated staff and event planner
  • Seasonal swimming pool & pond, hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing trails
  • Tables, chairs, and place settings
  • Access to the property for engagement photos
  • Golf cart and driver

  Overnight accommodations for up to 63 people in 7 Manor House rooms and 15 Guest House rooms are available for an additional fee. There is a 2-night minimum.

  Additional rentals, planning, and a $6,000 administrative fee are additional.
