Rental Fee

• $3,500/event and up

• Rental of the Pavilion is $3,500 when all wedding guests are lodged on-site. The rental fee ranges up to $7,500 based on the number of additional guests for the event. The fee includes:

  • Use of the property from 4pm on the arrival date to 11am the departure date
  • Pavilion with canvas shades, two decks, and a ceremony deck on the upper lawn
  • Tables, chairs, full-length linens, and overlays, black iron tables & umbrellas
  • Catering prep area, gas BBQ grills, moveable bar, and fire pit
  • Stage, sound system, and dance floor
  • Wooden or iron ceremony arch
  • Overhead and string lighting throughout
  • And more!

  A 2-night minimum stay in all seven cabins (sleeping 65 guests total) is required for weddings held late May–October. Hosts are responsible for payment, though they have the option to divide up lodging and collect fees from their overnight guests.
