The rental fee varies depending on the day of week, time of day, and space reserved.
The Main Event Space ranges $1,075–3600 and includes:
- Use of the dressing suites
- Use of prep kitchen
- 12 farmhouse tables & 120 chairs (and setup/takedown)
For smaller events, the Primrose Room ranges $230–875 and includes 6 tables and 60 chairs, and setup/takedown of those tables and chairs.

There is a $300 fee for any events that include alcohol, and it must be served by one of their preferred licensed and insured bartenders.
