Ceremony Fee

• The Mandan Summit is available for summer ceremonies, with a site fee of $4,000 (which includes chairs and a sound system) and a fee of $1,640 for use of the Outlaw Express Lift.

Package Prices

• $205/person and up

• Special pricing is available for bookings within 6 months of the event (this is an ideal option for Utah locals who don't need guest lodging). Inquire with the venue for details.

  The Destination Wedding Package ranges $205–225++/person and includes:

  • Cocktail hour reception with passed hors d'oeuvres
  • Buffet or plated dinner, including salad, entrées, rolls, and desserts
  • 5-hour bartender fees
  • Cake cutting and service
  • Full range sound system, tables & chairs, linens, and standard rentals, plus setup & teardown
  • 1 complimentary room night for the wedding couple, plus a welcome amenity
  • 50-minute Sundance Signature Massage for the couple
  • Discounted group lodging rates and complimentary self-parking

  A minimum of 100 guests is required. For guest counts under that number, a room rental fee of $2,000–8,000 will apply.

  A minimum lodging reservation is also required for destination weddings: the required number is 35 rooms for 2 nights. Pricing varies depending on the season and guest count.
