Rental Fee
- $2,800–3,600/event
Rental fees include:
- Two dressing rooms
- Outdoor patio with propane heaters and bistro lighting
- Indoor/outdoor fireplace
- Bluetooth wireless sound system, mic, and display TVs
- On-site event support
- Large parking area with overflow
- Round, banquet, and serving tabes and square back padded chairs, plus setup & teardown
12-hour rentals are $3,600 and run 10am–10pm (required for Friday & Saturday rentals).
6-hour rentals are $2,800 and run 10am–4pm or 4–10pm.
Ceremony Fee
- $300/event
Meals (when priced separately)
- $15/person and up
There is a $15/person and 50-guest minimum for catered events.
