Rental Fee
- $5,400/event and up
The rental fee varies depending on the day of the week and includes:
- 10-hour event time (additional time is $350/hour)
- Exclusive access to indoor & outdoor event space
- Two large dressing rooms with private bathrooms & showers
- 2-hour on-site rehearsal or engagement photoshoot
- Ample free parking
- Tables, chairs, picnic tables, wooden benches, and string lighting
- Commercial kitchen and drive-up space for vendors & food trucks
- Open vendor policy!
On-site accommodations for 150 guests are available for $2,100–3,000 per day.
