  Magnolia | $3,500–4,800
  8-hour rental (4.5-hour event) with everything listed above.

  Peony | $5,200–6,000
  12-hour rental (6-hour event) with everything in the Magnolia, PLUS lemonade or iced tea station, chargers, access to the décor inventory, and day-of coordination.

  All-Inclusive | $8,950–11,825
  10-hour rental (4.5-hour event) with everything in the Peony, PLUS complete buffet catering with a choice of 3 menus and DJ services. Add-on a bartender for $300 (BYO alcohol).

• Optional in-house buffet catering starts at $3,600 for 100 guests, which includes salad, entrées, sides, staffing and standard rentals.

  Beverages are served by Liquid Assets, but alcohol is BYO. Add-on a $6/person bartending package, which includes mixers, garnishes, cups, bar tools, and 2 signature cocktail creations.
