"Our Sip & See events are casual, come-and-go open touring hours hosted while we’re setting up for an upcoming event at The Wildflower Country Event Center. It’s the perfect opportunity to experience the space in a relaxed, behind-the-scenes way.

There’s no big production and no vendors—just a chance to stroll the grounds, explore the venue, and envision your own celebration here. We’ll have complimentary beverages waiting for you, and a Wildflower team member will be available to answer questions, share ideas, and help you get inspired."

    • Climate-controlled event barn with light curtains, greenery, hanging votives, and tulle
    • Side lawn with covered pergola, fire pit, lawn games, swing, and oak tree
    • Tables, dark fruitwood chairs, and permanent bar area
    • Venue manager, staffing, and setup & teardown
    • Planning support via the "Wildflower Wedding Guide" and a wrap-up meeting with the venue manager
    • Linens, décor, florals, and china packages may be added for an additional fee

    Half Day (7 hours) | $1,050–1,575
    Ideal for intimate ceremonies with micro-receptions or reception-only events. Limited availability Saturdays. 

    Full Day (14 hours) | $1,800–2,700
    A full day of wedding magic, 10am–midnight.

    Two Days (18 hours) | $2,250–3,375
    Includes access the day prior from 5–9pm for setup & rehearsal, plus a full day wedding rental.

    Three Days (20 hours) | $2,400–3,600
    Includes access the day prior from 5–9pm for setup & rehearsal, the day following from 9–11am for cleanup, plus a full day wedding rental.

    The Poppy Package | $2,000–2,400 + $25/guest

    • 2.5-hour venue access with a 2-hour event time
    • Pre-designed, turnkey experience

    • Fresh personal florals and faux altar décor in your preferred colors and style

    The Poppy Plus | $3,100–3,500 + $30/guest

    • Includes everything in the Poppy, PLUS:
    • Additional 1.5 hours of event time for dinner or extended gathering
    • TABC-certified event helper (BYO beer & wine)
    • Upgraded reception décor, greenery backdrop, and additional tables
    • Nonalcoholic beverage station, serveware, and disposable plates and cutlery
