PRICES: What's this going to cost?
Rental Fee
There is no rental fee as long as the food and beverage minimum has been met.
The rental includes overnight accommodations for the wedding couple on the night of the wedding, an on-site catering manager, and wedding coordinator.
Ceremony Fee
- $350/event and up
The site use fee is $350, plus $3/person for white garden chairs.
Food & Beverage Minimum
- $3,000–20,000/event
The F&B for the Windjammer or Elissa room is $3,000; Galleon is $5,000; Mainsail Salon is $7,500; and the Grand Ballroom ranges $15,000–20,000.
Meals (when priced separately)
- $49–80/person
Menu pricing includes salad, buffet, plated, or stations-style entrées with accompaniments, rolls & butter, and coffee & iced tea.
Hors d'oeuvres are priced separately, as are hosted, cash, and consumption bar options (hosted packages start at $43/person for 4 hours).
