Yes. At The Hamptons, ceremonies take place in the H'Atrium, which has an Italian marble platform, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a pond and modern chandeliers, or outdoors. Cocktail hour moves to the courtyard, and the reception follows in the Grand Ballroom, which holds up to 400 guests under 22-foot ceilings. The H'Atrium comes with the Bronze, Gold, Diamond and Emerald packages; Silver uses the ballroom and courtyard only.

Mostly, yes. The Hamptons has an open vendor policy: caterers just need to be licensed and insured, and you can bring your own DJ, band, decorator and florist. You'll supply your own alcohol, served by a TABC-certified bartender you arrange.
