Can we have both our ceremony and reception at The Filter Building on White Rock Lake, or will guests need to travel between them?

Yes. At The Filter Building on White Rock Lake, you can say your vows on the grassy lakeshore and then move inside to the Main Hall, with its 1920s exposed red brick and original iron trusses, for dinner and dancing. The building holds up to 200 people, a Dallas Fire Department limit that includes caterers and wait staff.

If we already have vendors we love, can we bring them to The Filter Building on White Rock Lake or do we have to use yours?

Food and drinks come from one place at The Filter Building: FGF Catering is the exclusive caterer for all food and beverage, and all alcohol must be served by a TABC-certified bartender. Security is booked through the venue, since you can't hire your own. The venue isn't full-service, so you'll bring your own planner and other vendors, and the sales team can recommend some.
