You'll also get setup and breakdown, 16 crystal chandeliers, HD projectors, screens and AV, and the patio with pond views. Uplighting and pin-spots aren't provided, so you'd bring those in through a vendor, and a bridal attendant is available at an extra cost.

The Holly Chapel seats up to 271 guests in wood pews beneath soaring wooden beams and 20-foot windows. After your vows, guests can mingle on the brick patio by the pond for cocktail hour, then head into the 9,400-square-foot Greater Keller Ballroom, which comfortably holds 500 with a dance floor and stage. Chapel guests clear out by 7pm.

Food and drinks stay in-house at The Bowden: catering comes from the venue's own culinary team, which can even recreate your family recipes, and the bar is run in-house. Outside catering may be allowed for specific religious needs, such as kosher or halal, for a per-person fee. For services the venue doesn't provide, like uplighting and pin-spots, you can bring in your own vendor, and the team will share a list of recommendations.

The Bowden's rental includes a 5-hour reception, with arrival at either 9am or 2pm and a midnight end. Want more time? You can add an hour until 1am on a Friday or Saturday for $1,000, which also covers breakdown from 12–1am, or add hours at the start of your day for $500 each. If you're using the Holly Chapel, ceremony guests clear out by 7pm and move to the reception.

Cold sparks aren't allowed inside, but you can use them for a grand exit in the front drive, with city permits and time guidelines applying. Candles are fine in enclosed containers, and tapers work if they're fully enclosed or LED. Confetti isn't recommended in the ballroom and carries a $1,000 cleanup fee.

Your wedding party gets two private suites at The Bowden. The Bridal Suite is more than 700 square feet, with six makeup stations, a lounge, a full-length three-way mirror and a live feed of guests arriving. The 600-square-foot Groom's Room has leather chairs, a game table, a PlayStation and a private courtyard. You can arrive at 9am for the all-day timeframe, and even order lunch from the kitchen, or come ready at 2pm.
