Rental Fee
- $3,000–4,000/event
The rental fee includes:
- 10-hour venue access, including a 7-hour event
- Boutique indoor spaces, covered exterior spaces, welcome garden with fire pit, and backyard with twinkle lights
- Flexible layout options with glass doors that open for a seamless indoor/outdoor experience
- Designer furnishings and curated finishes throughout
- 1-hour ceremony rehearsal
- 1-nights' lodging in the the dressing suite (adjacent suite available for an additional fee)
- House manager on-site
- Indoor and outdoor audio/visual system, handheld or wireless mics, and speakers
- Reduced pricing for additional events (i.e. rehearsal dinner, luncheon, etc.)
