The rental fee includes:
- 14-hour Saturday access to the venue (10am–midnight)
- 7-hour Friday access to the venue for decorating & rehearsal (1pm–8pm)
- 2-hour scheduled engagement photo shoot on the property
- Dressing suites
- Tables & chairs for 120–150 guests with setup included
- Ample parking with parking attendant
A $250 refundable damage/trash pickup deposit will also be added to your rental price.
