The wedding weekend package includes:
- Exclusive access to the property from 4pm Friday to noon Sunday
- Private use of all outdoor event spaces, guest parking, and party room
- Choice of event sites, including the Lawn, Turf, Pavilion, Oak Grove, Sport Court, with ample room for tenting in each area
- Two nights' lodging for 54–70 guests (additional nights may be added at a discounted fee)
- Two on-site planning meetings
- Yard games, putting green, fire pit, and seasonal access to the pool and/or hot tub,
- Dinner tables, white garden chairs, and various rectangular tables

Additional Info
One of the unique benefits of Gathering Oaks Retreat is that overnight accommodations are included in the total rental fee.
Many couples choose to assign rooms to family members and guests, then collect reimbursement for their stay, helping offset a significant portion of the overall cost.
How you choose to do this is entirely up to you—inquire with the venue for a proposal!
