- There’s a fantastic dedicated ceremony area overlooking the pond, complete with a cupola-topped pergola. For your reception, there’s a two-story, light-filled reception hall, with a grand split staircase, stone fireplace, and soaring vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams.

Rental fees include:
- 14-hour access to the venue (typically 10am–midnight)
- Use of the main reception space, outdoor chapel and open-air pavilion
- Lawn games and fire pit
- Two dressing suites
- Tables, chairs, and access to the "Something Borrowed" décor closet
Add Thursday (3–10pm) to your Friday rental for $1,500.
For January and August events, take $1,000 off rental fee for any day of the week except Saturday. Holidays add a 20% holiday fee.
