Rental Fee

The rental fee varies depending on the day of the week and includes:
- 12-hour exclusive access to the venue and property
- Two dressing suites on different levels
- Large catering prep kitchen
- Event setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- White or fruitwood chairs, table rounds, and cocktail tables
- China, silverware, glass water goblets, and chargers in your color of choice
- Linens (over 80 colors, in polyester and lamour satin) and napkins in color of choice
- Use of the facility for a 1-hour rehearsal and portraits
- On-site venue manager

There is an in-house rental department offering plenty of design & décor items for additional cost, including venue draping, tenting, archways and string lighting, centerpieces, mobile stages, and more!
