Rental Fee

The rental fee includes:
- On-site venue manager
- Modern lounge furniture
- Black metal easels, stanchion posts, and rolling podium

Pricing starts at $2,500 on weekdays and $3,575 on weekends.
Meals (when priced separately)
- $32–80/person
Menu pricing includes choice of bread, salad, entrées, two sides, tea or lemonade, and dessert. Some tiers may include hors d'oeuvres, upgraded and additional menu options, and house-roasted coffee.
Bar packages range $30–100/person for 4-hour service.
Cake cutting and floor service are an additional cost.
