Rental Fee

The rental fee includes:
- Exclusive use of the venue and grounds on your event day
- 2 dressing suites with private bathrooms and walkout porches
- Tables & chairs
- Climate-controlled chapel with pews for indoor ceremonies and a climate-controlled reception barn connected to the chapel by a covered breezeway
- Cocktail patio & covered porch
- Lighting, a sound system for all 3 spaces, and mobile bars
- On-site staff, including a coordinating team manager throughout your wedding day
- Outdoor games and 26 acres of grounds for photos, including a 100-year-old barn

Monday–Thursday (12pm–10pm) | $5,000
Sunday (11am–10pm) | $7,500
Friday (10:30am–11pm) | $8,500
Saturday (10:30am–11pm) | $12,000Saturday rates apply on holiday weekends.
Friday rentals can add Thursday 4pm–10pm for rehearsal and decorating for $2,000.
