  Saturday | $3,000–4,500
  Rentals run 10am–10:30pm for ceremony + reception, or 1–10:30pm for reception only.
  

  Friday or Sunday | $2,500–4,000
  Rentals run 11am–10:30pm for ceremony + reception, or 1–10:30pm for reception only.
  

  Weekend-long rental (rehearsal dinner + ceremony + reception) are $6,500 year-round. Monday–Thursday rentals are $2,000–2,500 year-round.

• Add-ons and additional fees:

  • Custom bar rental – $250
  • 6-foot macrame backdrop – $250
  • Use of fire pit, including firewood, lighting, and service – $300
  • White garden chairs, cocktail, round and banquet tables, cake table – $500

  There is a $500 fee for using any rental company besides All Occasion Party Rental. A $500 fee applies for all events of over 150 guests.
