    • 12-hour rental, plus a 1-hour rehearsal
    • Dressing suites
    • Access to the full kitchen
    • 6 hours of in-person consultation and unlimited phone calls and emails
    • Ceremony chairs and reception seating
    • Setup & teardown

    Front Street Package | $10,000–15,000
    Includes everything in the Keel Avenue Package, PLUS:

    • An additional 6 hours of in-person consultation (12 hours total)
    • Certified wedding planner to assist from start to finish
    • Assistance with vendor selection, contract negotiations, and meetings
    • Timeline creation and execution, floor plan creation, and on-boarding guide
    • Coordination of hotel room block and transportation
    • Setup of reception items

    Add-on options include additional time ($350/hour), valet service, rental items, and beverages/light lunch in the getting ready suites.
