- The expansive property beautifully accommodates large celebrations, with ceremony and tented reception areas that take full advantage of the verdant views. Elopements and intimate weddings are warm and welcoming in the mansion’s interior, or on its gracious front and back porches.

Buyout | $6,000–7,800
Includes full weekend access to the venue from 9am–11pm each day: Friday setup, Saturday wedding, and Sunday cleanup. Cleaning fee is additional.
Bundle | $1,500
Add on Friday access 9am–11pm or Sunday access 9am–11pm for $1,500 each in additional to the regular rental.
Last Minute Discounts
If the day prior to your booked date is still available 14 days before the event, add on any 4 consecutive hours for $500.
Weekend events booked fewer than 30 days out receive a 50% discount on rental fees.
Elopement
December–March only, book an indoor elopement for up to 50 guests for $1,500. Available 9am–11pm Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
