Micro-Weddings and Elopements
Available Monday–Thursday from 10am–8pm only.
Micro-weddings range $1,100–1,650 and include:
- Up to 20 people (Package 1) or 35 people (Package 2)
- 2.5-hour venue use (Package 1) or 4-hour venue use (Package 2)
- Officiant to perform the ceremony
- Personal florals for the couple
- Professional photography team
- Single-tier or two-tier wedding cake
- Tables, chairs, and on-site décor
- Catering kitchen, lobby, and balcony
Elopements range $330–550, and include:
- 2- to 4-hour use of your chosen locations
- Tables, chairs, and on-site décor
- Catering kitchen, lobby, and balcony

Rental Fee
- $1,200–2,220/event
- Rental fee varies depending on:
- Space reserved
Indoor event spaces range $1,680 (Library) to $2,220 (Sarah Hickey Keys Parlor) and include use of the balcony, foyer, and catering kitchen.
Outdoor event spaces are $1,200 for the Courtyard, $1,380 for The Park, and $1,920 for the Courtyard + Park.
Tables & chairs are available to rent.
