- Tucked at the entrance to beautiful Crockett Park, this home was moved from its original location and lovingly restored to highlight its historic features, like the native blue poplar logs and flooring from its original 1830s two-room structure.
- Welcome guests with a lemonade or cocktail on the classic Victorian covered porch, then move through to the spacious backyard, where you’ll find a sprawling lawn sheltered by towering shade trees and offering plenty of layout options for your ceremony and tented or open-air reception.
- Smaller weddings or elopements may be held inside the lovely home, which boasts a full kitchen and beautifully decorated rooms with ample natural light. The entire second floor is available for use as your wedding party’s day-of dressing suites.

Includes full weekend access to the venue from 9am–11pm each day: Friday setup, Saturday wedding, and Sunday cleanup. Cleaning fee is additional.
Bundle | $650
Add on Friday access 9am–11pm or Sunday access 9am–11pm for $650 each in additional to the regular Saturday rental.
Last Minute Discounts
If the day prior to your booked date is still available 14 days before the event, add on any 4 consecutive hours for $350.
Weekend events booked fewer than 30 days out receive a 50% discount on rental fees.
