- Located on 31 acres in the Tennessee countryside, Cedar Pond Farms has both indoor and outdoor event areas including a sandy beach, a floating dock, and a Milk Barn outfitted with an LED color disco and outdoor decks.
- Both wedding parties have their own ready rooms. One is the barn’s plush upstairs balcony bedroom, and the other is in the ultra-cool Milk House—complete with luxurious leather couches, flat screen TVs, a ping pong table, and an Xbox.
- You can create one-of-a-kind memories. The main barn sleeps 14, so why not stay over to enjoy the beautiful grounds with the Scottish Highland Cows who live on the property, play on-site games, and fish in Cedar Pond Farms’ two-acre pond—they’ll even provide the fishing poles and license!

Triangle Corral Experience | $1,500
Give your guests the chance to hang out with the unique Scottish Highland Cows! During your cocktail hour, guests will be able to brush the cows, snap selfies, and check out the cows up close in their corral.

Full-day rentals include access to the venue, with your choice of ceremony and reception venues, from 9am–10pm, with guest access 5–9pm and cleanup until 10pm. Additional guests over 150 are $500 per 50 guests.
Tier 1 Rentals are $7,500 and include overnight lodging for the wedding couple.
Tier 2 Rentals are $12,500 and include 2-nights' lodging lodging for 20 guests.
Tier 3 rentals are $19,500 and include 2-nights' lodging lodging for 40 guests.
Tier 4 rentals are $29,500 and include 2-nights' lodging lodging for 80 guests.
Tier 5 rentals are $32,900 and include 2-nights' lodging lodging for 150 guests, gelato & coffee service, and an exclusive cow experience for the cocktail hour.
