- Tucked deep in the Smoky Mountain foothills (but just fifteen minutes outside Knoxville), this whimsical resort sprung from the imagination of its owner, who wished to create a retreat inspired by the pages of fantasy and fairytales—a utopian place where people could gather, connect, and celebrate all that is kind and good.
- Whether you wed in a shady forest glen, the quaint indoor “Ground Elf Burrows”, or an elevated patio atop a waterfall that cascades into an azure pond, your ceremony and reception will create an experience like no other. To continue the fully immersive adventure, guests can try their hands at archery, axe-throwing, take guided garden and fairy tours, or simply enjoy peaceful strolls across the tranquil grounds.
- Wedding packages range from elopement and micro-wedding options to those that provide a buyout of the entire Village, allowing you to spend an unforgettably magical weekend with your dearest ones. Each on-site accommodation is a unique dwelling that embraces a different aspect of the enchanting theme, including treehouses, subterranean Hobbit-style bungalows, and darling cottages.

Axe Throwing and Archery Ranges!
Book axe throwing and/or archery for your guests between the ceremony and reception for something extra unique!
Archery is $300/hour (12 guests at a time); axe-throwing is $400/hour (20 guests at a time); axe and archery are $680/hour (32 guests at a time).

The Elopement Package starts at $1,203 for the wedding couple and includes lodging for one night, dinner, cake, and the ceremony.
The Micro Wedding package starts at $8,798 for up to 40 guests and includes two king rooms, catering, bar staff & setup, and event essentials. This package is available Sunday–Thursday nights.
The Waterfall Vista Wedding starts at $12,100 for up to 60 guests and includes a ceremony & a reception at Willows Landing, catering, bar setup fee & bar staff, and event essentials. Due to sound restrictions, Silent Disco headsets are available for group dancing. Ambiance music is permitted.
The Village Gardens Wedding starts at $19,768 for 75 guests and includes an 8-hour venue rental, all seven garden dwellings, catering, bar setup fee & bar staff, and event essentials.
The Exclusive Fairytale Wedding starts at $27,086 for 100 guests and includes all lodging the night of the wedding (garden dwellings, treehouses, and underground dwellings), catering, bar setup & bar staff, and event essentials.
