Villa & Vine's rental includes the handmade wooden farm tables, vineyard cross-back chairs (cushions not included), all stemware and place settings, ivory napkins, four heat lamps, a built-in dance floor, restrooms, bistro lights and the existing chandeliers. Guest dinner table linens aren't included, so plan to bring those in through your rental company or coordinator. Every event is a full venue rental, so you'll have the whole place to yourselves.

Yes. You can host every part of the day at Villa & Vine. The central courtyard, with its arched doorways, tiled fountain and bistro lights, works for an outdoor ceremony and reception, and the Arlington Room adds an indoor space with a built-in bar and dance floor. If you'd rather marry somewhere else first, Villa & Vine's vendor page lists nearby ceremony spots like the Courthouse Sunken Gardens and the Mission Rose Garden.

Catering is in-house at Villa & Vine, with custom menus from the team behind Petros restaurants, and the bar is in-house too (bringing your own alcohol is allowed with a corkage fee). Villa & Vine also requires every couple to hire a wedding coordinator from its recommended vendor list; a coordinator who isn't on the list needs venue approval. The vendor page also recommends bakers, officiants, lighting companies and photo booths.

Villa & Vine prices every event as a full venue rental plus a food and beverage minimum, both based on the day. Monday–Thursday is $1,800 for the rental with a $5,000 F&B minimum. Friday and Sunday are $2,800 with an $8,000 minimum. Saturdays, holidays and holiday weekends are $3,400 with a $10,000 minimum, plus an $800 holiday staffing fee on holidays. Tax and service charge on food and beverage count toward the minimum, and staffing charges apply based on guest count, setup and F&B needs.

Villa & Vine includes six hours of event time with guests present. Your team gets three hours before the start time to set up (setup can't begin before 2pm) and two hours afterward to break down. Amplified music ends at 10pm in the courtyard and at midnight in the Arlington Room, so moving the dancing indoors lets the party keep going later.

Villa & Vine doesn't have on-site dressing suites. The good news: hotels, inns and other accommodations sit within walking distance or very close to the venue in downtown Santa Barbara, so you can book a suite nearby for getting ready and keep the morning relaxed.

Using the entire venue, Villa & Vine seats up to 200 guests or hosts up to 260 standing. The courtyard alone seats 130 (200 standing), and the Arlington Room holds 70 seated or standing. Your exact count depends on whether you're planning a cocktail reception and dancing, so share your estimated guest list when you inquire.

Villa & Vine requires a $2,000 event deposit to secure your date. It's non-refundable and non-transferable, and it's applied as a pre-payment toward your event balance. Payment in full is due 30 days before your wedding.
