Rental Fee

$8,900/event
Rental fee varies depending on:
- Time of year
- Guest count
The rental fee includes:
- Access to the exterior of the property & the Guest House for the event Friday noon–Sunday 3pm
- Use of the interior of the Main House
Overnight accommodations are additional at $2,950/night with a 2-night minimum and are required for each event rental. The accommodations sleep 10 people in four bedrooms (including one casita!). Book for the weekend, and get an extra night stay FREE!

Additional Info

A room tax, cleaning fee, and city event permit are additional.
